Transport and payment


After filling in your invoice information, you will be able to choose the most suitable method of transport and payment for you.


Methods of Transport


When you buy goods over CZK 2,000,  you have transport within the Czech Republic for FREE.


Orders from the Czech version of the eshop are sent only to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. We will start sending goods abroad during 2020 with the opening of the English version of our online shop.


Czech Post (Česká pošta):

For foreign countries:

Economic package up to 5 kg:

Postage 8 € - Slovakia, Poland.

Postage 20 € - Belarus, Denmark, Ukraine, Netherlands, Austria, Luxembourg, Hungary,

Macedonia, Estonia, France, Croatia, Ireland, Italy, Slovenia, Serbia, Switzerland.

Postage 26 € - Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Greece, Lithuania, Latvia, Finland, Iceland, USA, Spain, Sweden.


We do not send cash on delivery abroad.


In case of higher weight of the consignment, we will agree with you the postage price individually.


The Czech Post (Česká pošta) guarantees delivery of the package directly into the hands of the addressee (Package to hand) already on the following working day. The addressee is informed of the receipt of the package to the transport via SMS or by e-mail. The price of the service includes responsibility for the contents of the package up to CZK 50,000. In the absence of the addressee at the address, the package is stored at the nearby post office, where it can be picked up by the addresse whenever he wants.

 You are informed of the delivery and options for picking up your shipment at the selected post office by SMS or email on the day of shipment and again at the time of depositing the shipment at the post office.

For foreign countries: we only send consignments up to 10 kg to Slovakia and Poland:

 In case of higher weight of the consignment, we will agree with you the postage price individually.

The Company PPL will deliver your shipment to the Czech Republic on the following working day after the receipt of the shipment. Delivery to Slovakia and Poland takes 2 working days. By default, the shipment will be delivered to you between 8-18 o´clock on weekdays (the exact delivery time cannot be affected). The carrier will inform you about the approximate delivery time and can be arranged for other time, which will suit you better. In case of non-capture, you will be left with a notification and the carrier will try to deliver your shipment to you once more on the next working day or leave it at the nearest PPL Parcelshop.  Personal taking


We will be happy to welcome you in our shop in Bystřice pod Hostýnem, Kamenec 1116 where you can pick up your purchase. Personal taking is free of charge.

Working hours: Mon – Fri: 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 16:00

                          Sat: 10:00 – 12:00

  2. By transfer to an account
    FOR THE CZECH REPUBLIC: 11161002/5500, for foreign countries: IBAN: CZ6155000000000011161002 SWIFT: RZBCCZPP
    The payment in advance has to be done within 10 working days from the date of ordering - if not paid, the order will be cancelled. All fees associated with the bank transfer are paid by the customer. Until we receive the agreed amount, we will not send the goods.
  3. On the e-shop by credit card - through a payment gateway, which is an inter-link between the trader and the bank. When paying through a payment gateway, you must fill in the credit card number, its expiration and three-digit Card Verification Value code. The credit card information you entered can be stored for re-payment. In the case of non-cash payment, the customer's obligation to pay the purchase price is fulfilled at the time of crediting the relevant amount to the seller's account.
  4. In cash on delivery – paying for goods in cash or by credit card (place for packing and PPL only) to the carrier when the package is taken over. We do not send cash on delivery abroad.



Delivery time of the goods

We usually send goods on working days within three working days from the date of receipt of the order. The Seller is not responsible for the delay in the supply of goods caused by the shipping company. The place of delivery of the goods is the address specified by the customer in the order. Ownership of the products passes to the customer by the complete payment of the purchase price. As soon as we hand over the package to the carrier, he will inform you of the receipt of the shipment.
